Difficult to suggest the right cutting tools for a cnc machine. To realize our pcb we use a 220V grinder made by Proxxon 240e. It is characterized by a regulated speed and by a very low noise but the real quality of this instrument is the rigid metal collar that allows, like the milling cutting tools of greater power, a vibration-free mounting.
It 'a great tool for the realization of pcb or light wood, aluminum or plastics, with a power of about 100W, has a 20mm collar. In any case, any other drill/milling tools may be fine as long as it is strongly fixable to the machine and has a speed of at least 3000-4000 t/m.
For more important jobs, such as working in one pass of wood, for example, you will instead refer to a tool more 'important, in the order of at least 400-600W and up. There are many manufacturers of these products: Bosch, Makita, Kress and others, the important thing is that they can be laid down on the CNC machine in a strict way to prevent vibrations (usually all have a standard 43mm collar ). The noise generated by these power instruments must be kept in consideration (may be necessary to use in a suitable place).
